Heat Will Return
Saturday was a great weather day with temperatures around 90 and much nicer humidity levels. We will see partly cloudy skies into Saturday night and looking for a nice day on Sunday. Temperatures will move into the mid 90s on Sunday with a mix of sun and clouds. A stray shower later in the day is not impossible in our far western counties.
Monday we will see our best chance throughout the week for a shower or thunderstorm. The best chances for a thunderstorm will be in western areas again but we will leave a 20% chance for the entire viewing area. Otherwise expect temperatures to be in the mid to upper 90s with elevated humidity levels.
Tuesday and Wednesday look to be days of transition as our rain chances start to drop off with the approach of a ridge of high pressure into the region. Skies will be partly cloudy and temperatures are forecast to once again hit hot levels in the mid to upper 90s.
Thursday through Saturday we expect rain chances to be very minimal and sunshine to be in large supply. High pressure will dominate the weather picture and we should see temperatures flirting with 100 degrees during that time.
