The Fort Worth Fire Department says the blaze was reported shortly before 2 a.m. CST Friday. Authorities are seeking the cause of the fire.

Investigators say a woman and one of her girls died in the blaze. The other twin, a man and a woman survived with injuries not believed to be life-threatening. Further details on their conditions weren't immediately available.
