9-hour police search finds body in Harris County

(AP) - A nine-plus hour search by police has uncovered a body under a chicken coop in the backyard of a northeast Harris County home.
The Houston Chronicle reports (http://bit.ly/1ca0S7Z ) deputies received a tip around 12:30 p.m. Saturday from an anonymous caller who told them a body was buried in the 5200 block of Mohawk.
Harris County Sheriff's Office homicide division Sgt. Greg Pinkins said investigators discovered what is believed to be a man's remains buried a couple of feet under a chicken coop behind a home.
The victim's identity, cause of death and time of death are unknown.
Investigators on-scene were trying to determine if there was any link between the body and Jesus "Jesse" Leal. The 41-year-old Leal is missing and was last seen in Pasadena on Dec. 31.
