Routine traffic stop leads to drug bust in Early
A traffic stop just before 6 a.m. Wednesday morning ended with police confiscating thousands of dollars worth of crack cocaine. The driver is now behind bars at the Brown County jail.
Early police say they pulled over 23-year-old Catarina Robledo in the 1000 block of Highway 183.
The officer found probable cause to search the vehicle. She allegedly found a bag of K2 and a bag of crack cocaine. The cocaine was tested and turned out to be 188 grams, worth about $19,000 on the streets.
Robledo was arrested and charged with manufacturing and delivery of controlled substance. That is a first degree felony.
