Tracking a return to springlike temperatures
If felt like summer Saturday but big changes are on the way.
The cold front will sweep through Saturday night, bringing about much cooler weather. Tonight, we'll cool down to the mild mid 50s with north winds at 5 to 15 mph.
Sunday, look for early morning clouds. These will dissipate through the day and despite the sunshine, we'll only make it into the low 70s.
Sunday night, things will be clear and chilly as lows cool down to the mid 40s. Monday, the sunshine stays with us as highs warm into the mid 70s.
We'll stay mild through Tuesday but a disturbance will bring about an increase in cloud cover. The clouds stay with us for the most part Wednesday as we warm to around 78 degrees. Overnight, we'll cool to around 56 degrees.
Thursday, the warmest day of the week, we'll see highs around 80. Moisture will continue to filter in from the south making for a mostly cloudy day. There is a slight chance for some scattered showers as the dryline moves through but, for now, most of the activity looks to stay off to the east.
Overnight, a cold front will sweep through. This will bring about breezy winds Thursday night at 10 to 20 mph.
Friday morning, look for temps around 48 degrees. By the end of the day, we'll see temps only warming to around 70.
A reinforcing shot of cooler air is on the way Friday night. Next weekend begins in the low 40s before we warm into the mid 60s.
