SAN ANGELO, Texas (AP) -

Police say an argument outside a West Texas bar has left two men dead, another wounded and the suspect committing suicide.

San Angelo police on Sunday afternoon identified the two slain men as 23-year-old Eli Delrio and 20-year-old Raul Rodriguez. Investigators say both San Angelo men were shot and another man was wounded in the leg during an altercation early Saturday.
The San Angelo Standard-Times reports a suspect later identified as 25-year-old Jessie Joe Fitchett was found dead Saturday afternoon from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Fitchett's body was located in his home by officers trying to arrest him.
The injured man, 61-year-old Jose Rodriguez, says he wasn't part of the dispute and was shot while in the bar's doorway.
Police are trying to determine what sparked the dispute.
