Early Christmas for Chihuahuas headed to new homes Florida
27 lucky Chihuahuas are heading to a new home in Florida.
We reported last summer on 30 Chihuahuas being seized in Anson and custody being awarded to Rescue the Animals.
Now 27 of the 30 are getting a new lease on life in Orlando, Florida.
It will take a team of 42 drivers in teams of four or five cars 2 days to make the over 1200 mile drive.
Each of the lucky pups will be in their own kennel.
Santa visited the SPCA adoption center Friday to ensure all their records were in order for the journey.
