Honoring the memory of a courageous little boy: Chick-Fil-A holds fundraiser in to benefit Rex Fleming Foundation
At Chick-Fil-A from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday night, a portion of the proceeds will be going to the Rex Fleming Touching Lives Foundation.
The foundation will help provide iTouches and iTunes gift cards to pediatric cancer patients at Cook Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth. They’ll also be raffling off prizes including a $500 Chick-Fil-A gift basket that includes a year’s worth of free Chick-Fil-A, an iTouch and other prizes.
Raffle tickets will be sold for $5 apiece and can be purchased by emailing Lance Fleming at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 325-665-3543.
Country music singer, Aaron Watson, who is lending his name and voice to another project to benefit the foundation. You can also buy lemonade from the Callie Cochran LemonadeStand, which will be present. Chick-Fil-A cows will also be on hand to entertain the kids.
