A part of the Big Country will be represented in Thursday morning's Macy's Thanksgiving Parade.
Brownwood High School's Lionettes dance team will be performing in it with the "Spirit of America" dance team, according to the team's coach, Stacee Hetzel.
Hetzel sent some pictures of the girls exploring the Big Apple in between rehearsals, which began Monday night.
"It's so fast-paced!" Hetzel said. "The rehearsals began with Carrie Underwood, then Jimmy Fallon and the Roots, then Ariana Grande, then Fifth Harmony, then Bret Eldridge and then my girls with the Spirit of America dance team! It was so exciting! And COLD!!!"
Among many New York City activities, the Lionettes got to visit the Statue of Liberty, Times, and they got to watch the Broadway show "Newsies".
The Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade will begin at 8 a.m. on Thursday on NBC.
