Man charged with DWI after allegedly found passed out in drive-thru

An Abilene man was arrested during August 2013 after allegedly being found passed out in a fast food drive-thru.

Cruz Rocha, 22, was arrested around 2:45 a.m. at the McDonald’s on North First Street. According to police, Rocha had passed out with the car running and in gear. He underwent intoxication tests and police said his breath samples were .191 and .186, which are more than twice the legal limit of .08. Rocha was charged with class A DWI.

An Abilene man was arrested Friday morning after allegedly being found passed out in a fast food drive-thru.

Cruz Rocha, 22, was arrested around 2:45 a.m. at the McDonald’s on North First Street.

According to police, Rocha had passed out with the car running and in gear. He underwent intoxication tests and police said his breath samples were .191 and .186, which are more than twice the legal limit of .08.

Rocha was charged with class A DWI.
