Child Sexual Assault
SAN ANTONIO, Texas -

(AP) - Authorities say a San Antonio man is claiming he sexually assaulted a 6-year-old girl only after she asked him to do so.

The San Antonio Express-News reports (http://bit.ly/1oAMBI5 ) that Fausto Abel Frias was arrested Friday night on one count of aggravated sexual assault of a child related to the December incident.

Frias was arrested after the girl's mother reported to police that her daughter had alleged she had been inappropriately touched.

In an interview with police, according to an arrest warrant affidavit, Frias initially denied assaulting the girl but eventually confessed.

"He said the victim climbed on top of him and initiated the contact," according to the affidavit.

Frias is being held on a $75,000 bond.

Court records did not list an attorney for Frias.
