BRYAN, Texas (AP) -

Police are trying to identify children who swarmed a Central Texas convenience store, pushed past a worker and fled with food and other treats.
KBTX-TV on Wednesday reported Bryan police believe as many as 30 children rushed into the convenience store to steal items. Security video shows a clerk trying to pull the front doors shut late Saturday night but the youths pushing past him.
Bryan police Officer Kelley McKethan said it's appalling to see the children acting in such a way. Police said the suspects could be charged with vandalism, theft, organized crime and even assault.
No damage or theft estimates were immediately available.
