Amber Alert canceled: Missing 13-year-old girl found safe

A missing 13-year-old Cuero girl has been found safe after an Amber Alert was issued early Friday, the Texas Department of Public Safety is reporting.
It wasn't immediately clear where Phoebe Nichole Hughes was found or whether anyone had been arrested in connection with her disappearance.
An Amber Alert has been issued for a 13-year-old Texas girl who was last seen around 5 a.m. Friday in Cuero.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the teen -- identified as Phoebe Nichole Hughes -- may be with Eric Castillo.
She is described as being white/Hispanic, 5-foot-4, weighing 150 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes and a scar on her left leg.
DPS says she was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue jean capris.
Meanwhile, Castillo is white/Hispanic, 5-foot-2, weighs 185 pounds, with brown eyes and red or auburn hair, DPS said. He has tattoos on his back and chest, both arms, both legs and both ankles, the agency said.
He’s thought to be driving a black 2010 Chevrolet Camaro with Texas license BX8B009.
