ACU fans who will be traveling to Pittsburg (Kan.) State next Saturday to watch the Wildcats take on the Gorillas, have two ticket-buying options for the game.
The first and best option is to purchase tickets online via the Pittsburg State ticketing Web site (www.pittstate.edu/tickets). Click on the ACU game on Oct. 5 and follow the link to the site where you can purchase tickets. ACU fans will need to purchase tickets in the Visitor's Section, which are $14, and are located in Sections T and U in the southeast corner of the stadium.
If fans don't want to order online, but would prefer instead to speak to someone in the PSU ticket office, they can call 1-620-235-4796 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. to order over the phone. The entrance to the stadium is on the east side (next to Gorilla Village). Ticket booths will open at noon and gates will open at 12:30 p.m. for the game, which is set to kick off at 2 p.m.
The other ticket-buying option for ACU fans is to purchase one of the 100 tickets that Pitt State sent to ACU to sell. Those tickets are $14 apiece and can be ordered by emailing ACU assistant director of athletics John Houser at firstname.lastname@example.org. Houser and his staff will begin returning emails or making phone calls in order of emails received on Monday. Those tickets purchased through ACU will be able to be picked up next Saturday at the Will Call window, which will be Window #1 or #2 on the east side of the stadium. Fans must have their photo ID in order to pick up the tickets.
Children 4 and under get into the game free as long as they sit on a lap.
