Cold February Friday
We are tracking a cold front moving south through our region Thursday night. No rain with the arrival of the cold front. Light sprinkles are possible for the eastern portions of the Big Country early Friday as a trailing upper level disturbance moves through.
Look for cloudy skies and breezy north winds around 20 mph for Friday. Lows Friday morning should be in the low to middle 30s with wind chill values in the 20s in the morning. Temperatures will struggle to reach 50 for the high Friday.
Mostly clear skies Friday night and light winds will allow temperatures to fall into the upper 20s Saturday morning.
Sunny skies Saturday should help warm temperatures back to around 60 Saturday afternoon. Mostly sunny skies and strong southwest winds should push temperatures back up to near 70 for Sunday afternoon.
We are tracking another cold front that should move through dry Monday. Yet another cold front is forecast to move through early Thursday. This second cold front could bring showers back to our region Wednesday night.
