Cool air lingers
Chilly nights and mild afternoons are forecast to stay with us into Saturday. Look for a frost or freeze to start Thursday with lows in the low to middle 30s.
Some clouds are forecast to move back in Thursday, but dry weather should continue. High temperatures Thursday should climb into the low to middle 60s with south winds at 5-10 mph.
Temperatures may drop back into the upper 30s again Friday morning, so a frost will be possible. A weak cold front may slip into our region Friday to stall the warming trend. However, look for mostly fair skies with highs in the middle 60s.
Clouds should be increasing again Saturday. Even with them, high temperatures should reach to middle to upper 60s Saturday afternoon.
Afternoon temperatures should be back up to around 70 on Sunday with partly cloudy skies.
A cold front is forecast to move in late Monday and bring back shower and thunderstorm chances to our region for Monday afternoon and Monday night.
Skies are forecast to clear Tuesday and look forward to fair skies with cooler temperatures Wednesday.
