ABILENE, Texas -

After three days with afternoon temperatures in the 80s, look for daytime highs in the 70s for Saturday and Sunday.  The normal high temperature this time of the year is a cooler 72.  The normal low is 49.  A cold front moving in Saturday is bringing back these milder temperatures.

Partly to mostly cloudy skies are expected Saturday and we will  have chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms for Saturday afternoon and Saturday night.  Areas mainly south of I-20 appear to have the better chances rainfall.

Partly cloudy skies and dry weather are expected for Sunday.  Another cold front is forecast to move in Monday to keep the mild air with us into Wednesday.

Showers will be possible with this second cold front.  However, the better chances of rain look to be for areas east of Abilene for Monday afternoon.  Dry weather should be with us for Tuesday and Wednesday.
