ABILENE, Texas -

Another freezing start is expected for Saturday morning.  But nice sunshine and only light north winds should allow temperatures to climb back into the lower 60s Saturday afternoon.

Breezy south winds around 15 mph are forecast for Saturday night, so temperatures are expected to only drop to around 40 for the low Sunday morning.

Air conditioners may be coming back on Sunday as afternoon temperatures should approach 80.  Watch out for strong south to southwest winds at 20-30 mph with higher gusts into the 30s possible.

Partly cloudy skies and south winds at 20-25 mph will keep lows around 50 for Monday morning.

We are tracking a cold front that should move through the region Monday.  Temperatures ahead of the front should climb into the upper 70s.

Cooler temperatures should be back for Monday night into Wednesday.  We are tracking a system that could bring decent rain chances to our region late Friday and next Saturday.
