An overcast sky on Tuesday morning will give way to partly cloudy conditions on Tuesday afternoon. Temperatures will reach the lower 70s with winds blowing from the southeast at 10-15mph.
Tonight variably cloudy skies will take us into Wednesday morning with a mild overnight low in the lower to middle 50s.
Wednesday we expect a good deal of cloud cover with readings moving into the middle 70s.
Thursday will continue stretch of above normal West Texas temperatures with the mercury reaching well into the middle 70s. Mostly cloudy skies with a few peaks of sun are anticipated.
Later Thursday into Friday morning a strong cold front approaches and increases our rain chances across the region. Some scattered showers and thundershowers will be possible. Our high temperature on Friday will most likely be achieved just after midnight with falling temperatures through the day.
Scattered wet weather will remain a possibility into the weekend with temperatures remaining well below normal ranging from the middle 40s to near 50 degrees for all of us.
