Tracking a warm start to December

We'll see mild weather for the next several days but freezing temps return late in the week.
Saturday night, clouds return to the region with lows cooling into the low 50s.
The clouds will stay in place for much of the day Sunday with a few peeks of sunshine late in the day. Despite the clouds, highs will still run a few degrees above average, warming to around 70 degrees.
A weak cold front will move through the region Sunday evening, clearing the clouds and cooling us down quite a bit. Lows will settle down around 43 Sunday night.
Monday, look for sunny skies with highs in the mid 60s.
Tuesday begins in the mid 40s with cloudless skies before warming into the upper 60s by day's end.
Wednesday, we'll start to see changes taking shape. Look for one more day of above average weather with highs in the low 70s and sunny skies.
Overnight, a disturbance will bring a 30% chance for showers to the region with lows in the mid 40s.
Thursday, a stronger cold front moves in. This front will keep the rain chances going with highs only making it into the mid 50s.
A reinforcing shot of cold air sweeps in Thursday night. There is a 20% chance for showers.
Freezing rain will be possible briefly around Friday morning with lows in the upper 20s.
Any rain will transition to liquid after sunrise. We'll see cloudy skies with highs around 40.
The clouds begin to clear out Friday night, allowing things to cool down in a hurry. Lows will settle into the mid 20s by daybreak Saturday.
Throughout the afternoon Saturday we'll see plenty of sunshine with highs in the low 40s.
